The Grange Primary School
RSERelationship and Health Education (RHE) forms an important aspect of our curriculum provision at The Grange Primary School. This area covers aspects of how to grow up healthy, happy, safe as well as how to equip children with the knowledge and skills to manage the challenges and opportunities they may face in our modern Britain of today. All our content is delivered at an appropriate age-related level. To know more, please see the Governments’ guide for parents.

UniformSCHOOL UNIFORM:
School uniform items are dark green cardigans or sweatshirts over a white t-shirt. Pupils can wear grey or black trousers or skirts. In summer, pupils may wear shorts or green gingham dresses. You can purchase uniforms with the school’s logo from Shah’s, however the same unbadged cheaper items can be purchased from local supermarkets. All children must wear black school shoes (not black trainers). Shoes should be practical, comfortable and have low heels.
P.E KIT
Our PE kit is a plain white t-shirt and plain black shorts with plimsolls for inside and trainers for outside. During the winter, pupils may wear a jogging suit for outside. Unfortunately, some children do not have the correct PE Kit with them and are not able to take full advantage of the lessons. It is the Governors’ policy that all children in school should wear school uniform, both in the classroom and for PE. If your child does not have the correct uniform we will contact you to bring it to the school so your child does not miss out.
All our uniforms can be purchased from local supermarkets. We do not stipulate that our uniforms have to have the school badge.
If you have any concerns about school uniform for September or at any point during the school year, please speak to our Pastoral Manager. We will do our best to support where we can.
